Return, Exchange & GST Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from SecureShip Packaging (AA Thread Company) via website, WhatsApp, direct sales, or other sales channels.
We operate in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) segments.
After 7 days from delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.
1. Nature of Transactions
- Orders placed with GST number will be treated as B2B transactions.
- Orders placed without GST number will be treated as B2C transactions.
B2B transactions are governed by commercial trade practices.
B2C transactions are subject to standard retail policies mentioned below.
2. 3-Day Limited Return/Exchange Policy
Return or exchange is allowed within 3 days from date of delivery, strictly in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Physically damaged product delivered
No other reason will be accepted.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch of the product.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed under any circumstances.
- If cancellation request is received before dispatch, refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- For B2B orders, if GST invoice has already been generated, cancellation may require issuance of credit note as per applicable GST laws.
- Custom, bulk, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (compulsory)
To validate any claim:
- Customer must provide clear, uninterrupted unboxing video
- Video must start before opening package
- Shipping label must be clearly visible
- Entire unpacking must be recorded without cuts
- Issue must be clearly visible in video
Without proper unboxing video, no claim will be entertained.
This rule applies to both B2B and B2C customers.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases
6. GST & Invoice Terms
For B2B Orders:
- GST invoice once generated cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- If return is approved, GST-compliant credit note will be issued.
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed after credit note issuance.
- GST adjustment will be done as per applicable Indian tax laws.
For B2C Orders:
- Refund will be processed to original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
Incorrect GST details provided by customer will not qualify for return or cancellation.
7. Shipping & Reverse Pickup Policy
- Reverse pickup may be arranged at company’s discretion.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship the product.
- Product must be securely packed to prevent further damage.
Important:
- In case of exchange, all shipping and re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Inspection & Approval
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
If product is found:
- Used
- Tampered
- Damaged after delivery
- Different from claim
Return or exchange request will be rejected.
9. Risk & Ownership
Risk in goods passes to customer upon successful delivery confirmation by courier partner.
Company shall not be responsible for damage occurring after delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the product.
We are not liable for:
- Business loss
- Loss of profit
- Operational delays
- Indirect or consequential damages
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Transport strikes
Supply chain disruptions
12. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to courts of Karnal, Haryana, India only.
