Refund/Exchange

Overview

At SecureShip, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

After 7 days from delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory

Please do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health, hygiene, or personal care products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance / Sale

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We replace items only with the same product

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank for processing status

Sale Items

Sale or discounted products are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or defective products.

To request an exchange, email us at info@secureship.in. Exchange requests are processed after quality inspection.

To return your product, please ship it to:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, a store credit will be issued after return approval.

If not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
